As of now in-home/on-site sessions are only available for existing clients at the discretion of the therapist.
When requesting an appointment please include the following:
- Name
- Phone Number/Contact Information
- Date & Time of desired appointment
- How you heard about Escape Life's Velocity/Name of person who referred you

Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In the desire to be effective & fair to both the therapist's time & all clients, the following policies are honored:
- 24 hour advanced notice is requested when booking and canceling an appointment. This allows others the opportunity to schedule an appointment in the time you will be giving up. It is understood that "life happens" and some things are out of our control. If you are repeatedly unable to give advance notice of cancelation, you will be charged half the amount of your appointment. This amount MUST be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
- NO SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to miss their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Unless the appointment is later rescheduled, they will be charged for their missed appointment. Payment must be made before any further sessions.
- Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session's payment. Out of respect & consideration to your therapist & other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
